Welcome to eLoadcontrol, a service provided by FlightSimPartner OÜ. By accessing or using our website, API, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service with FlightSimPartner OÜ.
1. CRITICAL NOTICE: FOR FLIGHT SIMULATION USE ONLY
eLoadcontrol is an entertainment and educational tool designed strictly for desktop flight simulation. Under no circumstances is the Service, its generated loadsheets, Center of Gravity (CG) calculations, or any associated data to be used for real-world aviation, flight planning, or real-world aircraft operations. By using this Service, you explicitly acknowledge that FlightSimPartner OÜ assumes absolutely no liability for any property damage, injury, or legal consequences resulting from the misuse of this platform in real-world aviation.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, including the Developer API, you must register for an account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and your Secret API Key. FlightSimPartner OÜ is not responsible for any losses, including consumed API quota or unauthorized network injections, caused by compromised API keys.
3. Commercial and API Licensing
Depending on your selected tier (Personal, Virtual Airline/Business, or Commercial), you are granted a specific, non-exclusive license to use the Service.
- Virtual Airline (VA) & Commercial Tiers: You are granted access to the eLoadcontrol API subject to the monthly request quotas defined on our pricing page.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying mathematical calculation engines or source code. You may not use the Service to build a direct, competing product.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
- Billing: Paid tiers are billed either on a one-time basis or a recurring subscription basis via our payment processor, Stripe.
- Refund Policy: Due to the computational nature of the Service and server costs associated with API requests, all payments are final. FlightSimPartner OÜ does not offer refunds or prorated credits for partially used billing periods or consumed API quotas. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through the billing portal.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service offers integrations with third-party community networks, such as SimBrief and the Hoppie ACARS network. FlightSimPartner OÜ acts solely as a data bridge to these services. We do not own, control, or guarantee the uptime of these external networks. FlightSimPartner OÜ is not liable for dispatch failures caused by outages on third-party servers.
6. Service Availability (SLA)
The Service is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or the API. FlightSimPartner OÜ reserves the right to perform necessary maintenance, updates, or API throttling to ensure platform stability.
7. Account Termination
FlightSimPartner OÜ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice or refund, if you violate these Terms, abuse the API infrastructure, or attempt to bypass billing systems.
