This Privacy Policy describes how FlightSimPartner OÜ ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the eLoadcontrol website and API services.

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, username, and password (stored securely via encryption).
  • Payment Information: All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
  • Usage Data: We monitor API request volumes and general platform usage to manage server loads and enforce quota limits.
  • Flight Data: Data submitted for loadsheet generation is processed temporarily to return the calculation. We do not permanently store your virtual flight plans unless explicitly saved in your History.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve the eLoadcontrol service, manage your billing, and communicate important account updates.

If you explicitly consent during registration, we will also use your email address to send you marketing communications, including product updates, surveys, and community news. You may withdraw this consent and unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in those emails.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers strictly for the purpose of operating the platform. These include Stripe for payment processing, Google Analytics for traffic analysis (only with your consent), Google AdSense for serving advertisements to free-tier users (only with your consent — see Section 5), and New Relic for application performance monitoring.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your account. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your password and API key confidential.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use two types of cookies on our platform:

  • Essential Cookies: We use secure session cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies via Stripe to process payments. These are required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics Cookies: With your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to analyze traffic and improve the platform. You can decline these cookies without affecting your access to the service.
  • Advertising Cookies: Free-tier users who have consented to cookies may be served advertisements via Google AdSense. AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to our site and other sites. Paid subscribers do not see advertisements and are not subject to advertising cookies. See Section 6 for opt-out options.

6. Third-Party Advertising

Free-tier users of eLoadcontrol may see advertisements served by Google AdSense, a Google service. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visits to our site and other sites on the internet. Paid subscribers and users who decline cookie consent do not see advertisements.
